1. Cancellation and Modification

1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you can cancel or modify it by sending us an email at info@yasminelondon.com.
1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified; instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with paragraph 10 below. Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may of course notify us of your intent to cancel in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask that you provide us with proof of shipment.
An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order was placed if the goods have not been received.
1.3 As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately upon processing. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process once initiated, and a refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.


2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our Return Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions under which you may visit and use our Website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may email us to indicate which product you wish to return and send the product back to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the last product.
2.3 Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Customers are only entitled to a refund once the returned product has been received by us. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition as it was received and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, the tags must be intact, and the item must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. If the product is damaged, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
2.6 Our return processing time depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days after receipt and approval of the returned item.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your return. Once we have sent this confirmation, the refund will be issued shortly thereafter to the original payment method used for the purchase. There are no storage fees associated with the return process.
2.8 The cancellation process is only complete once we have physically received the returned goods.
2.9 Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are outside our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them. You may notify us of your intent to cancel in advance. To guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask that you provide proof of shipment. An early refund is only possible no earlier than 16 weeks after the order if the goods were not received.


3. Steps for Cancellation

  2. Return the goods.
    Please use only a shipping method with a tracking number, so that we can assign your return properly. This allows us to identify your return in advance and ensure that the received goods are matched with the correct order.
    This is the only way we can guarantee a prompt refund.
    Once we have received the return, we will be informed and the refund process can be completed. Again, please only use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure proper processing of your return.
